Additionally, our unbiased GIA-trained gemologists are around to have good-old fashioned human conversations about diamonds from any seller you are considering purchasing.
We believe consumers deserve transparency. And we believe jewelry sellers are tired of the lack of trust buyers have for them.
All of our products are built around this principle. We donât care where you buy. We just care about helping you buy smart.
Our founder is not from the diamond industry. He was just a regular guy who bought an engagement ring, and hated the process.
And we are passionate about making it easier for the next couples that have to go through it. Because it can be unnecessarily confusing and scary. Youâll find us online on chat both early in the morning and late at night, because we simply love what we do.
We have over a dozen GIA-trained Gemologists on staff, who have even graded stones at the GIA itself! We also have a PhD in the Sociology of Diamond Valuation. In addition, we have some brilliant data scientists and mathematics PhDs to help us analyze diamond pricing and trends. And of course there are all of our software engineers who write the code that powers the products you use here. And lastly we have some MBAs who try to keep our business running smoothly.
