I wanted to customize an engagement ring to include my children's birthstones doubling as a mother's ring. From the very beginning they were fantastic! Including the owner! I had the best experience! When I received my completed ring, I was extremely happy! Quality is stunning! I was initially hesitant to order something that expensive and important off the internet, but was proven to be a wonderful experience! I can't say enough good things about it.

We were looking for an eternity band with lab-grown diamonds and had gone to local brick and mortar to get some ideas, but the prices were ridiculous. I found Rare Carat in a search and loved everything the site had to offer, and found a band i really feel in love with. But to buy an expensive purchase like an eternity band? We were hesitant. We checked every review we could find and couldn't find anything negative about them! Everything was 5-stars and their return policy seemed on the up-and-up. I even asked questions through their GIA hemolytic chat and got all my questions clearly answered.<br><br>Using a credit card "just in case" and bit the bullet. We got instant confirmation by email and a few days later, I got an email to confirm my address. There was a delivery target date range of a few days (Aug 13-17) and on Aug 12, I got a FedEx tracking number and on the 13th, my ring was in my hands!<br><br>The ring is beautiful and the bonus earrings were a nice touch. We are really happy with the quality and it compliments my wedding set perfectly! We will definitely consider Rate Carat for future purchases.

Pretty crazy mix of quality, speed, price and customer service. They resized my wife’s tennis’s bracelet and refunded me for the diamonds they took out. Their employees also all appear to be domestic. I’m really impressed at this company
