3-year plans are transferable while the plan is active. Lifetime plans are transferable in the first 180 days. Simply pass the terms and conditions to the new owner and contact us to update the JM Care Plan record. In the event of a claim, the purchase receipt may be requested. We recommend providing the new owner with a copy of the receipt when you transfer the plan.

JM Care Plan by Jewelers Mutual Group will keep your jewelry looking like new for years to come. It covers your item from normal wear and tear, including loss of diamond(s), polishing, prong tightening, and a long list of additional maintenance coverages. JM Care Plan does not cover loss and theft, which insurance is generally used for.

For total protection, you may want to consider a jewelry insurance policy as well as a care plan. This would ensure the most comprehensive coverage for your jewelry so you can wear your item worry-free for many years.

No, one care plan does not cover both the engagement ring and wedding band. Separate care plans are needed for each ring. *Exclusions and limitations apply.
